The Public Housing Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) of the Housing Authority of the City of Pasco and Franklin County (HACPFC) establishes policies and procedures for housing authority staff to follow in order to determine eligibility for admissions and residency. These policies and procedures are binding upon applicants, tenants and HACPFC. They incorporate Federal, state and local law. If there is any conflict between this policy and laws or regulations, the laws and regulations will prevail.

ACOP topics are monitored regularly to determine if changes to Federal, state or local regulations require revisions to the document. Any revision to the ACOP that does not substantially alter the terms or conditions of tenancy can be done without a resolution by the Board of Commissioners.
