The Tenant Council is an avenue for tenants to have a voice in the day-to-day and long-term operations of the housing authority. Council members have an opportunity to provide input on policies under consideration by the agency and offer suggestions on recommended unit and site upgrades.

The council provides educational opportunities for its members as well and looks for ways to make positive changes in their neighborhoods and the community at large.

HACPFC’s Tenant Council is not active at this time. When the council is active, meetings are held monthly at the Ray Pflueger Recreation Center in HACPFC’s Rosewood Park Development, 253 W. Margaret Street, Pasco. All tenants are welcome to attend.

To share comments, concerns, questions, or suggestions, please email us at info@hacpfc.org.

Meeting Notes are available upon request.
